A Partnership for Success.

Pyramid's partnership with Carton dates back to 1999. This multi-award winning project included the development of two championship golf courses, the conservation of one of Ireland’s finest 18th century country houses and the construction of a 165 bedroom hotel with leisure and conference facilities.

This was an extremely complex project that extended over 7 years at a cost of €100m. Pyramid was involved in all aspects of this project and was part of the client’s strategic management team.

The Carton House Hotel and golf courses now attract tens of thousands of visitors each year, whilst the unique beauty of the Carton landscape has been sensitively preserved for generations to come.
