Copthall Avenue

Working in conjunction with Private Wealth Managers Ltd., Pyramid was involved in the sourcing and purchase of 2 Copthall Avenue in 2002. The three years remaining on the lease to the ING Bank were used to carry the building while a planning permission was obtained which increased the net area from 16,000ft2 to 30,000ft2. The building was subsequently sold in 2007, yielding a significant gain to investors. Pyramid was involved in all aspects of this project.
Hosier Lane

This project involved the construction of a 50,000ft2 office building on foot of an Agreement To Lease to a firm of solicitors. Pyramid managed all aspects of the development. In addition, a residential planning scheme was developed for the second half of the site and subsequently sold on.
