Stephen Kilroy is Managing Director and Founder of Pyramid. A qualified engineer, he has twenty years experience guiding major construction and development projects to completion in the United States, Britain and Ireland. He has worked both on the contractor and client side of development teams and has a thorough understanding of the dynamics required for a successful project.

Brian Cunningham has also worked in the Construction Industry for over 20 years. The majority of this time has been spent at the project delivery end of developments working for contractors. He has extensive experience in commercial project management with particular expertise in hotel and retail developments.
