Pyramid is currently project managing the latest chapter in the Carton success story - A major multi-million euro development which will see the construction of a Science and Technology Park on the Meath land within the Demesne.

This development, which is now submitted for planning, will be known as Smart Park or South Meath Research & Technology Park.  Approaching 75,000m² in total, the development will include office space and research buildings, 100 residential units and a small village centre.
